Hi, i have a question to ask about
the Seri Kota Flat, 30 Jalan Samak 10150 Georgetown, Penang.
This flat in 2011 juz bought a unit price only 160k, now increase until 420k? this is not under condo type, no facilities no gym no swimming pool, no garden, no balcony.....d price is unacceptable.
Just within 2 year the price increase 260k?
