Hi,
I have enquiries about house renovation that I need to get advise.
I am the owner of a condo named Edgewood, development from SkyWorld.
The management office enforced the owner to use their appointed contractor for renovation which is much expansive than the contractor outside.
I had raised enquiries to the management office, however they rejected my request.
For this case, can you advise me management office has rights to force owner to obtain their contractors? other platform which I can use to complaints on this issue?
