Hi, I have one joint name (house loan and SPA) with my mom, and I have been doing withdrawal frequently from my epf akaun 2 to do monthly repayment for the house loan.
Now I want to buy a property (SPA joint name with my wife, but housing loan under her personal name only), can my wife do withdrawal from her akaun 2 for the house downpayment?
