Hi, I have signed a letter of acceptance for a bank loan from a bank. When I applied for the loan, I told the banker that I will be applying alone. However, now I would like to add my fiancés name in the S&P. Is it possible and has anyone experienced this? I spoke to my banker and he mentioned that it will be a total reassessment. Kindly advise
