Hi, I just want ask, recently I bought a subsale house. I applied loan with join name with my sister. And the loan also approved. Now still pending for sign SPA. My question is this house i bought for my future and my sister just help for backup for the loan. So I decided to put my name only in SPA and tried ask the agency and their lawyer they said cannot, then bank not approved for this type something². Is there anyway?
