Hi,
I recently purchased a sub-sale property property. However, the seller is demanding interest charges. This main cause of this was due to the delay caused by the seller's lawyer as explained by my lawyer.
My lawyer has sent the chronology of events the the seller's lawyer. However, the seller's lawyer has not replied but only argued with my lawyer in regards to this via telephone.
I still have not received the keys to the house although all payments (except for the interest charges) has been made.
May I know what can do?
