Hi, i saw many of your article saying that the project must be build in 36 months.
However i found out that my SPA is stated 54months, which is a lot more than 36months.
Are they allow to increase? Or it is a standard practise in Malaysia that the project must be done in 36. The SPA already signed in early 2017.
Fyi: it is a mixed use project consist of mall and apartment on top of it in JB.
