hi, i want to ask..my spa sign on August 2020 and this is my first house. am i qualified to get the stamp duty exemption? fyi, i didn't get hoc because my developer does'nt give 10% discount from my house price. my house price rm450k and my SPA price same at rm450k. as far as i know, one of criteria for hoc is 10% discount and the SPA price shall deducted from house price. i feel so frustrated because my developer advertised that this project get free stamp duty and free lawyer fees. please help what should i do..
