Hi, if a potential buyer requested the owner to provide the SPA thru the Agent is the owner obliged to do so? In my opinion, since the deal is not confirmed and there are many sensitive details in the SPA such as the Purchase price and etc.. I don't think it is right for the prospect to request the owner to do so (pls correct if I'm wrong or state your opinions)
