i'm gg to buy a resale condo in bkt indah Johor which is now still under construction, estimated completion by next year.
is there any complicated handover procedures will be incurred as the 1st hand buyer sell it to me before the completion of the building?
would the condo's Developer recognise me as the owner(2nd hand buyer) & pass the keys to me upon the TOP?
