Hi, I'm interested to buy an old strata townhouse, but I noticed that because there are only 20 units in the project and no amenities (no pool, lifts, even guards), is it possible that there is no management committee/office due to cost? Or it is actually a legal requirement that any strata property requires a management body of some sort?
