Hi, I'm selling my house to a cash buyer via an agent. I did not engage my own lawyer. I would like to know what are the procedures and when can I receive the payment. What will happen if after I signed the S&P and I did not receive payment. After signing S&P, does the house belongs to the new buyer. Thanks.
