Hi,
I'm staying at condo, my below unit complaint that is water leaking from my unit and after few inspection from the plumber I hired & renovation contractor which I hired for renovation previously, the issue suspected come from main piping which under floor tile cause the issue( which we are not doing anything on it) . May I know the responsibility should come to Management or I should bear the responsibility?
