Hi, individual title of my house (freehold landed) @ Sungai Buluh Selangor has just been issued and now is in the process of transferring name from developer to me and registration of charge with the bank. At the same time, I have sold my house and expecting to sign SPA in a week time. I would like to seek advice that how long would that take to register the title under my name and then register to the new owner name to complete the whole process?
