Hi, on Feb i had place a front payment for a property at JB, however
due to MCO and border closure, up till now haven't signed up the SPA, loan already applied and approved by bank. Here's my question, if currently i wish to let go the property, any consequences or penalty will implied from bank side ( SPA haven't sign, but loan agreement had signed). Thanks and appreciated any thoughts
