Hi Property Guru, I paid deposit for a unit of service apartment back in late March 2012, and within a month from that date i received a letter from developer stating that they have terminated the purchase. This puzzles me as in that time, i was in the midst of looking/applying for loan. The catch was that, the S&P has not been signed as I would want to wait for the loan to be approved first. Could you advice what should i do now. Thanks.
