I am 34 year old this year and i am looking for a place for investment. Hence, lately i am looking at area like PJ and Klang. As my parents is from Klang, i am looking at the new mixed development in Klang followed by PJ area as it is nearer to my parents home.
May i know what do you think of Klang area as an investment area? especially with the new upcoming LRT3 Line in that area that starts from Jalan Johan Setia up to Bandar Utama. Do you think is a good place to invest? especially with those mixed development near or along the LRT3 line
Apart from Klang, may i know what new projects are a good place to invest in PJ area that is within the RM 500-600K range.
