Hi Sean. I am your fans of your channel. I got a question and advise need from you. But before that, can you address me as Mr.C.
I bought my first house at Nov 2017. Based on S&P it should be done by Nov20. But untill now the project still haven’t done and now even stop progress. (Kuchai East). I think you also know this project. Now every month paying full loan for nothing.
Now my question is, should I wait it? Cancel it? Or get new house?
As I know if I cancel I will get fine. (Not sure how much). If I wait and get new house. Then my loan will not get much cause I already have one even it has not done.
This in case, what your advise?
