Hi Sir,
Can you advice me regarding rules & regulations transaction about buying and selling bumi lots in Malaysia.
Im a Chinese woman. One of my friends, she just received the certificate from SUKJ which she entitled to buy a Bumi Low/Medium cost house. The location of the housing she entitled is place im interested too. My question is can i buy over the house from the Malay friends ? If yes, how long the transfer name may take ? Isn't government will approved the transaction because is a new house ?
