Hi there. I have a property loan under Islamic loan and the interest rate is fixed at 7.15%. The balance of the loan is now RM124,334.00. I have 13 more years to go. Monthly instalment is at 750.00. Can you help me to calculate how much more I need to top up each month or pay extra in order for the loan tenure to be reduced and to make an impact on our finances please?
