Hi there, I’m renewing my 1+1 tenancy agreement (I’m the tenant), and the agent is collecting a fee from me to be sent for stamping.
Previously I’ve never paid for stamping fees for renewal of my tenancy. The agency will just issue an intention to renew agreement for me to sign. Can someone please clarify this for me?
