Hi there. Previously im staying at Prima Saujana Apartment for one year and the owner is not very friendly. Any repair and rework we had done ourself and when we move out to other house,the owner forfeit our deposit which he mentioned he done mostly repair at the house and service air con all. In the agreement didnt mention to have tenant service aircon and most probably we do service when there is no cooling. And also there is some tv cabinet and wardrobe left by previous tenant and agent mention can throw away if we didnt want to use it. We had thrown it as suspect have used by covid ppl before and now owner mention to have the cabinet and wardrobe. Both of it doesn’t mention in the agreement as well
