Hi,

Would like to check on the maintenance fees for ATRIA SOFO suites.

Heard that it’s charging 62sen per sqft. Is it true as it’s considered rather on the high and unreasonable side with the amenities they’re offering. Would greatly appreciate your response and valuable thoughts on this matter.
