Hi,
Would like to seek for some advise about the sinking fund for a Condo. Usually we are paying for 10% of the maintenance fees. However, we have received our invoice for Sep which there sinking fund will increase 1300% for this particular months. May i know if this make sense for a resident to pay such high amount but without the purposes and just mentioned already approved during the EGM.
