HI...I am under akpk for almost 5 yrs + & i just settled off all my loans under the AKPK DMP programme...I hv received all the letter of release as well...
May i know if i would like to buy apartment now, can bank approve my load or i need to wait for the ccris report to be clear, then only i can apply? Any way for bank to approve as I from the day i joined the DMP programme, all my monthly payments are make smoothly ...
As i was urgently need to purchase my own unit, it is hard for me to wait till my ccris report is clear as the owner is increasing the rental which its really above the line...
If i use your property pre-approve system, if its rejected, will it affect my future loan application ?
