Hi,I & my husband planing to buy a new house under joint name.The house we are current stay is under my husband name .So the new hse will consider as his 2nd house and my first house.I understand that we can claim 50% off stamp duty for our first house. For my case , we need to pay full for 50%only?If we need to pay 100% , so can we claim back 50% after we sold the old house?Pls advise.
