Hi..I'd like to seek your advise. I have a condo rented out and the contract is to be renewed this october. can i separate the rental fee from the leasing of the furniture to my tenants? the furnitures are bought by my partner. I'm hoping to average out the income for tax submission as we both submit income tax. tq.
