Hi,iproperty manager,
I have go thru your website to engaged an agent (OJ SIM - 60 12-233 8181) to rent a studio for my teacher in First Subang last year. After the one-year lease agreement was completed, my teacher moved out at the beginning of last month. She settled all the electrical and water bills, and the agent promised to refund her deposit within two weeks. It has now been a month, and the agent is not responding and reachable to our attempts to contact them.
Should I make a police report? Please advise.
