I have included my ex's name in SPA as joint purchaser and we have mutually agreed to settle the repayments. However, she only settled certain amount not even more than RM3000.
Now, i am selling my house and she is requesting to get an amount of RM50k as she is one of the purchaser.
What should I do if I do not want to give her back a single cent?
