How can I tell if the title of a landed property inside a gated and guarded development is Individual or Strata? Is it obvious from looking at the grant for the land?
We have been told both about the house we would like to buy, the grant says "Hakmilik Sementara" at the top folowed by "Bersamaan dengan hakmilik pendaftaran" with an H.S.(D) number on it. I don't see the word "Strata" anywhere on the document. Is it safe to assume that this is an individual title - or is this not enough information to tell?
