I am a bankrupt but have a double storey terrace house in Sungai Bakap joint name with my wife 50/50 basis. Estimate value of subject property is about 280K
this property was charged to Public Bank and amount owing is 165K.
We intend to sell off the subject property to fully settled the bank loan and should have some balance.
