I am a foreigner interested in investing in a new 2 bedroom FH sea front condominium of approx 1,000 sq ft (sea facing) in Penang from the following developers -

SP Setia
Mah Sing
Sunway
IJM Land
E&O
Ivory Properties
Boustead Holding

I would like to work with a knowledgable and patient agent who would guide me. I will be in Penang late June for viewings.
