I am a Malaysian but working in overseas. I would like to buy my first house in Malaysia and would like to know if it's possible for me to take a loan to purchase a house. I do come back often to Malaysia and have an account in HSBC Malaysia and same bank in the country I am working in. I don't own any property any part of the world which mean this will be my first property.
