I am looking for a retirement house in Bukit Indah, JB. Preferred location is near Nusa Duta development, or in it. Semi-D with a budget of RM 900K-1.1M. and expecting a quite new, Freehold and International lot.
What are the other "hidden" expenses, apart from the listed price? and whether I can get a Lawyer to help me the whole process.
