I am renting a property in Semenyih and the tenant has been living in it for nearly 10 years without paying any rental. I have many times asked him to leave but he refuses to do so. The neigbour now tells me that TNB have been trying to cutt of the power and that the land office at one time sealed the house as well. Please advise how I can get rid of this tenant.
