I bought a landed property with individual title and not under gated and guarded community.
If in future some body setup a residential association, guard house, boom gate or some barricade on the entrance of the Taman, and I do not join the scheme, how can I not be affected by the guarded house and boom gate.
I don't want every time I reach the guard house, I have to stop my car, walk to the guard house and press the button to open the boom gate.
