i bought a piece of agriculture land in year 1999 for RM 1.2m and just sold it for RM 6m in August this year.My lawyer has retained 3% of RM 6m ( rm 180k) as Retential Sum. Base on above scenario and current income tax rate a) is the Retention Sum sufficient to cover RPGT ?. b) if any surplus how soon will i get the refund.TQ
