I bought a pre owned landed house back in May 2021 the SPA is signed and stamped in Aug 2021 and my applied loan withdrawed. However I still not receive my land title until now. My lawyer said the vendor has not release the discharge doc to him. Should I be concern about this and how long should i expect to receive the land title.
