I bought an apartment in year 2016 and it was supposed to be handled over by year 2018. However, they had only completed 25% of the project and had no progress since 2017 until now. There seems to be no deadline to this project as well. May I know how can I terminate the contract and get refund for what I have paid? Should I bring it to tribunal?
