I have a housing loan with my bf which now is my ex-bf.. All the while, i'm the one that paying for the house monthly installment. The property is not completed yet, targeted to complete in year 2020. He said that he do not want that house anymore. Would like to ask how can i change the bank loan to me? How about the SOP & other documents? Do i need to get lawyer for all this name change?
