I have been paying my housing loan with Public Bank for the past 10yrs. Last week i received a letter from the bank informing 100% increase in my housing loan. They have also extended the tenure and now its back to 30yrs. I also noticed that my loan taken was around 320K but now showing 400K. Kindly advise. Thanks.
