I have decided to buy a house together with my father now. After few years, I plan to transfer my portion of loan to my brother to continue paying while I want to buy a house on my own. So my question is :
1) Can i transfer my name to my brother name as a joint account with my father for him to cover my portion of house payment?
2) Can i take another joint account for another house with my fiance while having my name under joint account with my father house loan?
