I have found a house that i really like and i want to buy it. And i want to take a government loan. The problem is, i am still waiting for my 'pengesahan jawatan' from the Kementerian pendidikan. (I am a teacher for 2 years now) . So my question is, can i take a loan from a bank now and convert it later to government loan? If so, what is the procedure?
