I have paid 5% of house deposit and already sign S&P. After 1++ year , the vendor lawyer is still unable to complete the house name transaction to my name. It was found that there was a problem with the house title. Then I terminate the S&P contract due to vendor lawyer and lawyer inability to complete their works within time frame stated in S&P. Do I still eligible for deposit refund and liquidity damage?
