I have paid RM1800 for first month rental as booking fee...and then I decided to go with another condo unit with better offer in terms of deposit and monthly rental...so I ask for refund amount of RM1800 from the former property agent...but he refused to refund...and all this happen within 2 hours time period...I informed him immediately to cancel the deal and no paperwork of agreement took place at all...what can I do ?
