I have submitted all my SPA Agreement, Loan Agreement and waiting for the seller bank to respond.
However, after 3 - 4 months, sub-sale seller has not acted accordingly and I am consider to cancel the SPA duration due to seller violation in term to agreed due date.
My lawyer agreed that 10% downpayment deposit shall be fully refunded by seller, how about SPA Fee, Stamp duty and remaining payment made to lawyer firm?
