I saw property guru’s guide on calculating LAD and i tried to calculate mine using the same formula. But the one that i received from my developer, there is additional deduction of 221 days claimed to be act A1641 temporary measures for reducing impact of coronavirus disease 2019 (covid-19) (ammendment) Act 2022. It states pending approval of the said act but my developer already deducted the 221 days from the total LAD which on top of the covid act exemption of 167 days. Can i fight this??
