I signed a Tenancy Agreement (TA) with an Agent and Owner for renting a warehouse. However I missed out asking if the Owner can provide a CF to us (which they cannot). Now I won't be able to register and subscribe to any insurance as far as I know due to this CF issue.
Is there any way I can terminate the TA early (without paying the whole rental duration) or will I need to go through with the entire duration of rental?
