I want to buy a unit of a high-rise condo new launch from developer. However, it is a Bumi unit. Agent said that developer will request for Bumi Release with government. I was also informed that Bumi Release lot is not considered as International lot. After Bumi released , as a foreigner, I can then buy the bumi-released unit.
So, if I wish to sell this Bumi-Release lot in the future, can I sell to non-bumi and foreigners ? Do I still need to apply to government for Bumi release again ?
