I was charged a late payment fee (RM200~) from the developer due to lawyer's office is not able to process the loans from their side, whereas the bank has completed theirs weeks prior. Now I'm slammed with the late payment fees. In a conversation with the lawyer, they are not able to operate during MCO hence the lateness on their side. Even the chronology and explanation by the lawyer to the developer was not accepted by the them and the developer still insist that they are not able to waive. Please advise.
